Martin Scicluna was accused of failing to ensure that Deloitte & Touche's quality assurance partner on Capital, Stephen lves, was reported to the ICAEW over the circumstances in which he had obtained a Ranger Rover from the company, which were subsequently found to be fraudulent. But the tribunal's verdict cleared the case of both Scicluna and the firm.
