Work-life balance: expatriates reflect the international deimension

Article Abstract:

Findings of ORC Worldwide studies reveal that work-related factors such as travel and long hours affect the personal lives of expatriates and human resource (HR) professionals. HR professionals think that their company's work-life balance programs are beneficial to them and the organization, while expatriates believe otherwise. The need to prevent work-life imbalance for expatriates is analyzed.
