Wyevale FD faces pruning risk

Article Abstract:

The future of the board of Wyevale Garden Centers and Wyevale Finance Director Steve Murfin is unpredictable after the recent agreed takeover of the company by an Icelandic investor. The company saw a drop in profits for 2005 and an agitation by majority shareholders forced the resignation of three directors and led to the takeover bid with FD's job under fire.
