Element-specific probe of the magnetic and electronic properties of Dy incar-fullerenes

Article Abstract:

The magnetic and electronic properties of incar-fullerenes Dy at the rate of [C.sub.82] and D[y.sub.2] at the rate of [C.sub.88] were investigated by X-ray core level spectroscopy techniques at resonance condition. The di-incar fullerenes and the mono-incar fullerenes have similar spin magnetic moments, while the orbital magnetic moment is larger for D[y.sub.2] at the rate of [C.sub.88].

Vibrational infrared spectra of the two major isomers of [84]fullerene: C84{D2(IV)} and C84{D2d(II)}

Article Abstract:

It has been possible to make a vibrational study of the two major isomers of C84 [C84{D2(IV)} and C84{D2d(II)}]. This work also provided the first evidence for structural phase transitions in fullerene isomers.

Preferential orientation of fulleropyrrolidine bisadducts in E7 liquid crystal: a time-resolved electron paramagnetic resonance study

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the orientation of fullerene bisadducts dissolved in E7 are discussed. It was possible to investigate preferential orientation of molecules embedded in a nematic liquid crystalline matrix.
