FRANCE: RPI TRANSFERS ITS CHEMICAL R&D TO RR

Article Abstract:

In France, the research and development operations in the chemical domain of Rhone-Poulenc Industrialisation (RPI) are going to be transferred to Rhodia Recherches (RR) located at Courbevoie thereby increasing the capital stock of Rhodia Recherches from FFr 74.12mn to FFr 98.24mn. RPI has a capital stock of FFr 143,652,000, and the net value of the research and development in the chemical domain comes to FFr 34,792,694. The contribution premium to Rhodia Recherches is evaluated at FFr 10,672,694.
