Munivyle, located at Saint-Mande in the Val-de-Marne departement, is being absorbed by its parent company Gerflor, located at Villerubanne. Munivyle has a capital stock of FFr 3.45mn, and Gerflor has a capital stock of FFr 456.552mn. This will provide Gerflor with a premium of FFr 4,192,139.
