Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan

Article Abstract:

Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PCS) is the world's fertilizer producer with annual sales of around $2 billion. The growth was also fueled by a series of acquisitions including Saskterra Fertilizers, Potash Co of America, Texasgulf, Occidental, Arcadian and Potacan, making it a full supplier of potash, phosphate and nitrogen fertilizer products. PCS said that it will continue to have edge over other fertilizer companies because of increased efficiency brought by automation at its underground potash mines.
