Role of rigidity on the activity of proteinase inhibitors and their peptide mimics

Article Abstract:

The conformational properties of the canonical loop are studied using a graph theoretical approach as implemented in the floppy inclusion and rigid substructure topography. It is found that the canonical loop is an independent rigid cluster in the natural inhibitors.
