Structural, optical and photoelectrochemical properties of nanocrystalline TiO2-In2O3 composite solids and films prepared by sol-gel method

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted on the electrochemical properties of nanocrystalline titanium and indium oxides and TiO2-In2O3 composites, which were prepared by sol-gel technique using concentrated hydrous titanium dioxide and indium hydroxide sols. The results show that the conductivity of TiO2-In2O3 films change by 6 orders of magnitude with the formation of 3D infinite clusters of interconnected In2O3 nanoparticles.

Reactions of hydrazoic acid and trimethylindium on TiO2 rutile (110) surface: A computational study on the formation of the first monolayer InN

Article Abstract:

A study is conducted which discusses the effect of HN3 and TMIn coadsorbed on the TiO2 rutile (110) surface that forms InN computationally. The study elucidates the mechanism of the lnN formation on the surface under similar conditions employed in the low-pressure OMCVD experiment.

Direct measurement of surface complex loading and surface dipole and their effect on simple device behavior

Article Abstract:

Tin complexes of phenoxide ligands having a range of dipole moments were prepared on the surface of indium-tin oxide (ITO). Surface complex loadings and stoichiometries were measured by quartz crystal microgravimetry.
