Titania nanoparticles prepared with pulsed laser ablation of rutile single crystals in water

Article Abstract:

The pulsed laser ablation (PLA) experiments of rutile single crystal surfaces are carried out in water solution tp prepare nanosized titania particles. The PLA experiments of rutile single crystal surfaces are carried out in water solution to prepare nanosized titanis particles, where the yield of PLA species in water decreases nearly linearly with the ratio of T/eta representing the diffusion coefficient of the solvated species.

Formation, characterization, and magnetic properties of Fe3O4 nanowires encapsulated in carbon microtubes

Article Abstract:

Straight Fe3O4 nanowires encapsulated in carbon microtubes are prepared using a Co pyrolysis of an ethanol/ferrocene mixture in a stainless steel autoclave method. The synthetic route for the encapsulation of Fe3O4 nanowire within a protective carbon microtubes (CMTs) can be extended to produce many other desired materials inside CMTs.

Synthesis, structure and luminescence of 2D-dilute magnetic semiconductors: Zn(sub 1-x)Mn(sub x)Se.0.5L (L = Diamines)

Article Abstract:

The two-dimension dilute magnetic semiconductors (2D-DMS) Zn(sub 1-x)Mn(sub x)Se.0.5L (L = ethylenediamine or en, 1,3-propanediamine or pda, 1,4-butanediamine or bda, and 1,6-hexanediamine or hda) and their host compounds ZnSe.0.5L are prepared by solvothermal reaction in solvent L at 190 degree Celsius.
