Tungsten versus molybdate adsorption on oxidic surfaces: a chemical approach

Article Abstract:

The differences between the chemistry of tungsten adsorption on oxidic supports and that of molybdate are studied by measuring equilibrium adsorption isotherms at various temperatures. It was concluded that most of the tungsten reacts irreversibly with acidic and neutral OH groups and the other parts reversibly by electrostatic interaction with protonated OH groups.

Kinetic and mechanistic studies of the chemical vapor deposition of tungsten nitride from bis(tertbutylimido)bis(tertbutylamido)tungsten

Article Abstract:

The chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of tungsten nitride from bis(tertbutylimido)bis(tertbutylamido)tungsten is examined. The examination is done by focusing on the mechanisms and energetics involved in the activation and thermal decomposition of the CVD precursor.

Synthesis, structural characterization, and catalytic properties of tungsten-exchanged H-ZSM5

Article Abstract:

The reaction of dehydrated H-ZSM5 with WCl(sub 6) vapor at 673K were prepared with exchanged WO(sub x)/H-ZSM5, samples. By hydrolysis in H2O-containg streams, exchanged WCl(sub x) precursors were converted to WO(sub x) species.
