Zeolitic inorganic-organic polymer electrolyte based on oligo(ethylene Glycol) 600 K(sub 2)PdCl(sub 4) and K(sub 3)Co(CN)(sub 6)

Article Abstract:

Aqueous solutions of K(sub 2)PdCl(sub 4) and K(sub 3)Co(CN)(sub 6) are combined separately with PEG600 and then reacted together, which produces a new zeolitic inorganic-organic polymer electrolyte, [Co(sub x)Pd(sub y)(Cl(sub V)(CH(sub 2n)H(sub 4n+2)O(sub n+1)K(sub l)]. Rheological investigations carried out by a dynamic oscillatory method demonstrate that the sol->gel transitions are strongly affected by temperature.

Multicomponent diffusion in crowded solutions. 2. Mutual diffusion in the ternary system tetra (ethylene glycol)-NaCl-water

Article Abstract:

The transport properties of ternary system PEG4-NaCl-H2O was presented. It is concluded that the behavior of NasodiuCl and PEG4 chemical potentials as a function of the system composition can be quantitatively extracted from the diffusion measurements with the help of some observations about the viscosity and conductivity properties of the system.

Microwave-assisted synthesis of calcium carbonate(Vaterite) of various morphologies in water-ethylene Glycol mixed solvents

Article Abstract:

A fast microwave-assisted method for the synthesis of CaCO(sub 3) (vaterite) with various morphologies in the water/ethylene glycol (EG) system with surfactants is reported. The experiment result shows that microwave heating, reaction time, surfactant, and the water-EG mixed solvents play important roles in the morphology of vaterite.
