Article Abstract:

A comprehensive review of all aspects of dynamic combinatorial chemistry and some related approaches are discussed. It is established that dynamic combinatorial chemistry identifies molecules with unusual binding properties and provides an attractive synthetic route to complex molecules that are not easily accessible by other means.
