Anderson Soft-Teach is acquired by ITC

Article Abstract:

ITC, a Herndon, VA-based worldwide training firm specializing in multimedia courseware, has bought Anderson Soft-Teach Corp, a maker of multimedia CD-ROM and video-based training products. The deal was valued at $4.5 million and 300,000 shares of ITC stock. ITC, which serves the government, manufacturing and education industries, hopes to conquer some of the higher-end IT topics with the help of multimedia products of Anderson.

Veranda Enterprise Messaging Reporter is designed to manage electronic mail systems and fax resources as well as track traffic levels. The software can also track Internet usage, a helpful function for IT managers who want to keep an eye on what Websites are being accessed by their employees.
