DKSystems Inc's training software, OnTrack for Training 4.2, is a powerful package designed for large corporate users. The package includes course descriptions, student base profiles, prerequisites, self-study modules and class schedules. Running with most industry-standard databases, the product is available in stand-alone and network versions. The product also features an application programming interface, allowing computer-based training applications to directly interface with OnTrack for Training.

IT support manages awaiting the promise of ZAW

Microsoft has incorporated several Zero Administration for Windows (ZAW) features into NT 5.0. While there is much anticipation among the user community on how much ZAW functionality will be incorporated into NT 5.0, some users are lauding Microsoft for beginning to take the concerns of system administrators seriously. The ZAW kit for NT 5.0 will include IntelliMirror, a set of management tools that mirrors system applications and data on the server.
