Network Associates has released its Total Service Desk Suite for managing desktop assets entreprisewide. The software suite integrates the capabilites of the McAfee HelpDesk 3.5, Zero Administration Client Suite 6.1 and Self ServiceDesk 3.5 products. The package includes help desk, software inventory and distribution, remote control, knowledge base, and Web and PC healing capabilities.
