While the emphasis on career education has grown stronger, there has been a decline in reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Business is aware of the deficiencies, especially in grammar, spelling, speaking, and mathematical ability. Technologies such as calculators and video instruction have pre-empted reading and math exercises, resulting in an inability to write effectively or correctly.

Conflicts is a form of communication or signaling. If conflict is dealt with it can result in creative solutions. if ignored, it will submerge and become destructive.
