Software Artistry's Expert Advisor Version 5.0

Article Abstract:

The Expert Advisor Version 5.0 from Software Artistry Inc is geared for use in sites supporting up to 10,000 calls a day. Among its features is automated logging, which allows the logging of calls through integrated systems. Another feature is the Workload Manager which can be used in recording analyst skills and knowledge and automatically route calls and change requests. The software runs on Windows NT, Unix, OS/2, Windows 95 and supports Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS SQLServer and DB2 databses.
