Article Abstract:

Increasing vendor competition and expanding technologies have necessitated a change in the vendor-upper management relationship. Many supervisors complain that vendors are still attempting to relate to upper management. To combat this supervisors should construct an action plan outlining each step in the project, with target deadlines and checkpoints.
