Toshiba: rapid digital printer delivers quality color pages on demand

Article Abstract:

Toshiba Corp.'s FC80 digital printer and copier delivers nine full-color pages or 38 black-and-white pages per minute, with the first copy appearing in 22 seconds. The integration of a control panel with a set of electronic publishing programs ensures ease of operation. Users, thus, can easily print colored covers with black-and-white inner pages, a job other machines have difficulty doing. With a tranfer belt system and flast, straight paper path, users can work with various printing media, including sheets of different thicknesses.
