People who train can cause stress. Instructors must carefully balance between simplifying and over-simplifying the subject matter. Training material should be clear, concise, and at the appropriate training level. Instructors should encourage questions, give prompt feedback, and proceed from the simple to the complex.

Video teleconferencing can be advantageous when scheduling important meetings and during training sessions.
