1982 HFBL winners

Article Abstract:

The 17 projects include building types ranging from apartments to big homes. Six are designed for less-than-an-acre sites. Two incorporate existing residences. Three can be call infill projects. Many houses are energy conscious and designed with their regional architectural styles in mind.

This report on the housing situation is a forecast for the next 6 months. Nearly two-thirds of the Standard Metropolitan Statistical Areas in the index are rated poor.

HS fourth annual home-shopper survey, buyer preferences 1982

This survey tries to present who the potential customers are in the house-buying market. 2,237 shoppers were surveyed. The answers vary from region to region.
