A boom in megayachts, but a shortfall in crew

Article Abstract:

Almost 733 new megayachts are under construction across the world. About 4,300 crewmembers will be required to operate these megayachts. According to Mark Frye, president of International Yachtmaster Training of Fort Lauderdale, it is unlikely that adequate crewmembers can be trained before the requirement surfaces. Frye also discusses the problems in recruiting people for the course.
