Article Abstract:

The details of the new guidelines for manufacturer/dealer agreements in the boating industry are discussed. The guidelines include multi-year contract protection for dealers, language on succession rights and warranty rate reimbursement and issues pertaining to territory, transfer, termination protocol and sharing of financial data.

This new act is aimed for avoiding unauthorized fax marketing campaigns.
