A decision to 'improve the boating experience'

Article Abstract:

The advantages of the mandatory National Marine Manufacturers AssociationEs (NMMA)certification system that manufacturers of boats and yachts will have to follow from 2007 in order to be eligible for membership in the NMMA have been discussed. The guidelines present in NMMA's Certification Handbook as well as the role of NMMA's inspectors vis-a-vis the certification system have been mentioned.
