Allen report on biggest community owners

Article Abstract:

The 155 largest owners and fee-managers of manufactured home communities in the US and Canada were ranked in the 1995 annual Allen Report. More than 40 percent of the 500 major owners and fee-managers, with at least 500 rental home sites or five land-lease communities, participated in the survey. The report indicates that the ranked companies make up 4.6% of the estimated 50,000 manufactured home communities existing nationwide. ROC Communities was reported to be the biggest owner/manager of manufactured home communities with 110 properties and 27,910 rental homesites.
