AlphaGraphics taps TargetSmart to help personalize its mailing

Tucson, AZ-based digital publishing and printing firm AlphaGraphics will use a marketing software from Denver, CO-base TargetSmart to customize its direct mailing programs. The software will also allow AlphaGraphics to monitor and measure the productivity of each direct mail campaign. TargetSmart will also provide AlphaGraphics with a technology to mine existing data while tracking new data on the buying behavior of existing and prospective customers.

Eagle signs with DateWatch.com

Article Abstract:

Eagle Wireless International has won a five-year contract to be the exclusive supplier of set-top boxes and computer-related equipment to clients of DateWatch.com, an interactive video Web site for single professionals. The deal, which was signed in Apr 2000, is worth over $150 million and calls for Eagle Wireless to make its Computer Plus Webflyer available to every individual who joins DateWatch.com. The Webflyer units will begin shipping in June.

Bank of America chooses Synchrony's Hosted-Anywhere

Bank of America has announced that it has chjosen to use Synchrony Communication's integrated customer integration management suite, called Hosted-Anywhere. The application was chosen because it fulfilled both functional requirements and technical feasibility, including the availability of the solution in both licensed and application service provider forms.
