CTI recording systems capture data for companies

Article Abstract:

Computer telephone integration (CTI)-based recording systems capture and store useful data about each call, such as the caller's phone number, phone number called, an account number or any other data captured by a device in the customer's environment. Today's CTI-enabled recording systems is the result of combining voice recordings and CTI data. With the system, call center agents can retrieve all recorded calls that refer to a specific client and quickly confirms what has been discussed in previous conversations. The approach makes customers feel that the company is concerned about them.

Branding on the internet is measurable

Article Abstract:

Web technologies now allow the measurement of branding on the Internet. Sales generated by banner advertisements on Web pages can be measured one way by counting the number of click-throughs and relating it to sales statistics. Banner ads can also provoke purchases even when not clicked upon: the customer may simply purchase directly from the company but his decision to purchase was affected by him seeing the banner ad.
