Campaign revs Lodestar's engines with extra sound effects

Article Abstract:

Peabody, MA-based Lodestar has launched a direct mail campaign that uses a sound module of a racing car. The developer of software solutions for the deregulated energy industry is pushing the Lodestar Customer Choice software suite. The eye-catching mailer was such a success at its trade show booth that Lodestar officials decided it would be just as effective as its direct mail piece. The campaign is directed not only to deregulated companies but is also aimed at the regulated industry.
