Carlisle SynTec announces joint venture

Carlisle SynTec has formed a joint venture with Beijing-Oakland Waterproofing Materials Group for the manufacture of EPDM single-ply roofing and waterproofing materials in China. The joint venture has been named Beijing Carlisle Waterproofing Materials Company Ltd. Carlisle's 40 years of technical expertise and Beijing-Oakland's market reach will allow both companies to expand the marketplace for EPDM rubber single-ply roofing systems and one-part liquid polyurethane coating systems in Asia.
