Article Abstract:

The change in the Over Time (OT) rules by the Department of Labor which allows overtime payments for workers in some companies and exempt employees of specified categories is welcomed. The change in existing rules are welcomed because the employees were filing law suites claiming eligibility for overtime

Clean marina programs: self policing at its best

Article Abstract:

Marina operators worked hard on clean marina programs and were given clean certification for their efforts. Governmental agencies too extended their support to such self help methods. In this context, the coastal zone act passed by US congress, and Coastal Nonpoint Program are also mentioned.
