What to do when direct mail bombs

Article Abstract:

There are eight steps to take when direct mail bombs. You must check your data once, and then check it again. Look at the samples that arrived in your mailbox. Check for obvious things to go wrong such as the return adress or the phone number. Revisit your offer, make sure it is a good offer. Honestly evaluate your product. Examine your list and see if you are mailing to the best prospects, and then finally retest it.
