Debis now offering marina financing

Article Abstract:

Debis Financial Services Inc. will be using its Commercial Real Estate Division to offer financing plans to marina owners. Debis' new effort will offer custom-tailored financing for permanent loans, refinancing, acquisition financing for buying marinas and building financing for constructing new marinas and renovate existing marine facilities. Debis' offices are located several states, including in Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Tampa and Boca Raton, FL; Los Angeles and Newport Beach, CA; and Norwalk, CT.
