Focused builder, sales team hike share in depressed market

Article Abstract:

The Bradfordt Co has made substantial sales despite its location in Orlando, a lowly housing market. Marshal C. Wolfe heads this company and he attributes the establishment's outstanding performance to the dedication of his building-sales team. The team consists of a highly-motivated and skilled professional management staff and a construction team that addresses its clients' needs. This enables them to compete with major builders even at the latter's own terms. Bradfordt's 20/60 sales program which custom-builds according to clients' preferences is one of its successful sales strategies.

New Jersey buyers camp out for Trafalgar homes

Article Abstract:

Trafalgar House Residential's marketing strategy enabled it to sell 50% of its homes prior to the opening of the Arbor Walk community. The company had issued preliminary floor plans to the public without taking deposits. They sparked more interest by informing their callers that others planned to camp out the night before the preview. These moves resulted in a long queue during the preview and a surge in sales. Newspaper ads and billboards followed up the preview and generated additional sales which now total 69 out of the 77 homes planned.
