Health and safety issues during 1992 have focused on occupational health and safety management, risk assessment and corporate and personal liability. Fines for management's failure to secure risk assessment programmes can be as high as 5,000 pounds sterling, and 20,000 for serious offences under the Offshore Safety Act 1992. Company directors can be disqualified and imprisoned under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986. The Health and Safety Executive warns that occupational health and safety is impossible to avoid by management without serious consequences.

Khan has been known throughout the recording industry as a diva with an earthy and extraordinary singing voice. She was born Yvette Marie Stevens in Chicago, IL on Mar 23, 1953. She worked with Stevie Wonder in 1973. She is famous for the song "I Feel for You" written by Prince and released in 1984.

Children should never be left unattended in or near bodies of water. Swimming lessons and safety barriers do not provide a guarantee that a child will not drown. Children need to understand water safety rules and respect the power of water.
