My Twinn boosts sales 30% using at-home agents

Article Abstract:

My Twinn, an EngleWood, CO-based manufacturer of personalized dolls that closely resemble customers' children, reports that its sales during the holiday 2000 catalog campaign increased 30% compared with the corresponding period the previous year. The company attributed the sales increase to its institution of a work-at-home inbound sales program that made sure all calls during the peak of the holiday season were all entertained and resulted in sales.
