Article Abstract:

S.B 102, the pro-manufactured homes law, effective from 8th August 2004 in Ohio, will be administered by Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission. Local buildings and Ohio department of Health (parks) will be pre-empted by the commission. The law will be the final authority for installation standards, training certification, licensing and inspections and also for new and manufactured homes. Consumer complaints also come under its purview.
