On the other hand, Omnova would be represented by Munzinger in Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Wisconsin.

Navtec of Guilford, CT, has made two executive appointments. The manufacturer of rigging and hydraulic systems for performance cruising and racing yachts has named Bobby Monro as managing director of Navtec North Europe and Andy McNab as Navtec's superyacht market manager. Monro will be responsible for running Navtec's newly built rigging fittings factory in Glasgow while McNab will be responsible for Navtec's superyacht business around the world.

OMNOVA Solutions appoints new CEO

Article Abstract:

Kevin McMullen has been named CEO of OMNOVA Solutions Inc, a Fairlawn, OH- based manufacturer of adhesives and in-mold coating resins for boat builders. McMullen's appointment will take effect on Dec 1, 2000. He replaced John Yasinsky who is retiring but will still remain as the company's chairman of the board. Before his appointment, McMullen served as company president and chief operating officer.
