Organon to use StayInFront CRM software

Article Abstract:

Netherlands-based pharmaceutical researcher Organon has signed a global licensing agreement with Fairfield, NJ-based software developer StayInFront Inc to use the latter's Visual Elk software customer relationship management software. Visual Elk enables multinational corporations to coordinate all points of customer relations, including sales, marketing and support. StayInFront noted that more than 220 firms have installed its Visual Elk system.

Precision Response, NewChannel ally for CRM solution

Article Abstract:

Precision Response Corp has entered into an agreement with NewChannel Inc to combine their technologies to develop a customer relationship management solution. NewChannel will incorporate its customer acquisition solution technology into PRC Netpro, an online customer acquisition tool. Combined, the technologies are aimed at enabling companies to target visitors to their Web sites and invite them to a live, online sales consultation.
