The manufactured housing industry should take efforts in emphasizing that manufactured homes can be an excellent housing preference. Significant improvements have already been seen in manufactured homes, such as the addition of solid hardwood as flooring, fireplaces and brick stones interiors. The industry could also attract more customers by allowing them to participate in the layout and the design. Other advantages of manufactured homes that attract more clients include flexibility and reduced time of construction.

Aim high when you target prospects

Article Abstract:

The manufactured home industry should adopt effective advertising strategies that target some demographic groups which were not considered before, including single females, single parents, ethnic groups and white-collar males. Each group must be considered as a different entity, advertising on each group separately and using 90-day cycles for each. However, advertisements should focus on all home buyers, one group at a time.
