PRC backs 3-year NSA for Bank One

Bank One is eligible for negotiated service agreement (NSA) for three years, which is provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS). The Postal Rate Commission has recommended the USPS proposal for the bank. According to the agreement discounts and premium services are provided to the bank. .
