Lamaze extends parenting message

Article Abstract:

Lamaze International, which for 35 years has guided and educated expectant parents, is set to launch a new magazine called Lamaze Family, in fall 1998. The new magazine aims to guide parents through their child's development up to preschool and provide another source for marketers to reach new parents. The debut issue will be disseminated to 500,000 families who requested subscriptions starting Oct. 1, 1998. Another 250,000 issues will be mailed to childbirth educators. The Lamaze Family, like any other Lamaze publications, is free but will be first distributed by mail.
