Phone channel learns to adapt

Article Abstract:

The basic use of the telephone has not undergone change, though a lot has altered including size and forms. People still call first to set an appointment for a meeting, including telemarketers. As the direct marketing industry has grown, so has the use of telephones with numerous call centers having opened up to serve the global market. The phone channel has been adapting itself to changes with time and shall continue to do so.
