Save by moving sales office from the garage into the model

Article Abstract:

Berwin, PA-based Realen Homes has transferred its sales office from the garage of its model homes to the interior. This move has resulted in savings for the company because it eliminated the need for garage conversion and minimized expenses on displays. The company photocopied floorplans on parchment paper mounted on mahogany frames and used easels to showcase watercolor presentations of site plans. The new arrangement has elicited favorable feedback from clients who view the approach as soft sell and low-key.
