A forty-year-old town shopping precinct in Basilidon, England, has been given a facelift. It has been transformed from a characterless concrete eisaur into a pleasant plaza that is shielded from the wind and convenient to use. Shoppers can purchase coffee and light snacks at the Costa Coffee cafe situated inside one of the plaza's two pavilions. Good quality seating has also been installed at the site.
