Click Lights back on the air despite court ruling

Article Abstract:

TapLight maker Smart Inventions Inc has won a court injunction that would prevent rival Allied Communications from airing its Click Lights TV ad. Previously, Smart Inventions sued Allied for copyright infringement, false advertising and unfair competition. Being disputed are five scenes in the Click Lights commercial that illustrate uses of the lights, which according to both companies are very similar. Allied Pres Mark Kravets said the similarities are unintentional since both products have the same uses.
