Six views of value for income property

Article Abstract:

Real estate appraisers today have to be proficient in six approaches to get a comprehensive view of values of profitable real estate investments. There used to be only three views of value which include market data, cost of replacement and income capitalization. Three new views were recently added, namely the company's stock, Valuation Calculation Worksheet, which is used by manufactured home community owners, and what the property sells for at the closing.
