The author examines the plans of Southwark council, Fred Manson on two regeneration landmark projects, the London Bridge Tower, a 306 m high tower and a mixed-use redevelopment of Elephant and Castle, London. Manson wants the tower to be appointed to Southwark's planning committee and an outline agreement signed to carry out the redevelopment.

The author examines construction group Artisan's plan to change its alternative investment market listing to a London Stock Exchange full listing in the next year. In managing share prices, Artisan sold three of its subsidiaries, stabilizing its share prices, which had been in a long-term decrease.
