Sun, sea and service stations

Article Abstract:

The most successful British construction firms, operating in Spain, have been those who have undertaken joint ventures with Spanish companies or who employ a large number of Spanish people in their offices. Some 41 billion pounds sterling is spent on construction in Spain annually. Architects, construction and project managers are in the greatest demand. Design architects should be aware they will need extra insurance as the liability for their work, in Spain, lies with them rather than their firms. Some observers forecast building in the health care sector is likely to increase.
