The Drees Company will showcase its model home, the Tuscan Villa A34. The 3432 sq ft plan features a second floor bridge which links the house's two wings and a first-floor master suite designed for privacy. The informal spaces serve as the central areas of activity in the house while the exterior consists of brick and wood siding. The company incorporated regional characteristics in their design so that it blends with the community and will appeal to the target market. The combination of regional and contemporary design has resulted in sales of the $375,000 house.

Its practical features include child safe children's bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a recycling center and a reverse osmosis water system.
